Associated Ministries

BMA of Texas has a rich history of sharing the good news of Jesus with the people of Texas. We have a burden for the 28 million people that call Texas home. We have a desire to start new churches as a means of helping people find God’s purpose for their lives.

Baptist Progress is the informing and equipping ministry of the Baptist Missionary Association of Texas. Our purpose is to promote interest in missions, evangelism, benevolence and Christian education among the churches of the Baptist Missionary Association of Texas

We provide Christ-centered teaching and training that prepares students to lead meaningful lives that transform the world.

Children and single mothers, and youth aging out of foster care or facing homelessness, who come to TBCH are often lost, hurting, and hopeless, without a place to turn for help during their time of greatest need. Our residential program provides a safe home and a stable family environment where they can learn, grow, and ultimately experience a happy, healthy future.

Since 1950, BMA churches have rallied around God’s global Great Commission mandate. We wanted a name that would reflect the heart of who we are and what we do. Our name says it all.

      – We are Baptist in our beliefs.

      – We are Missionary in our actions.

      – We are Associational in local church partnerships.

To fulfill God’s mission by sending and partnering to share God’s story, make disciple makers, and start churches that multiply among the nations.

BMATS is a Baptist theological seminary with a rich history of more than 60 years training leaders to thrive in a wide range of vocational ministry roles and theological careers.
